Anthony Bernard Kimble - Administrative Pastor

Minister Kimble has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus since September 12, 1998. He accepted his calling at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Shreveport, where Bernard Kimble is Senior Pastor/Teacher. Minister Kimble has a bachelor degree from Louisiana State University of Shreveport and a Masters of Education from University of Phoenix. At the Mt. Olive BC of Shreveport, Min. Kimble serves as the Administrative Pastor, and he also directs the Couples’ and Young Adult/Singles Ministries. In the past, he has also served as a Sunday School teacher and Youth Pastor. Minister Kimble is the son of Pastor and First Lady Kimble, and he has one son, Mr. Mikah Anthony Kimble.

Al George - Youth Pastor

Minister George has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus since 2001. He accepted his calling at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Shreveport, where Bernard Kimble is Senior Pastor. MinisterGeorge is pursuing a bachelor degree in Theology from Louisiana Baptist University. He currently serves as Youth Pastor of Mt. Olive BC of Shreveport and Minister of Evangelism where he ministers to area Nursing Home patients.  Minister George is very dedicated to making sure the youth in the Cedar Grove community receive fun and productive activities as well as educating them about Jesus in their lives.  Through the week you can find Minister George volunteering his time as Activity Coordinator for the Olive Branch Ministries, Inc. Enrichment School.  In the church, Minister George is an active member of the Male Chorus, Men’s Discipleship, Homebound Ministry, and Sunday School.  He also serves as a member of the Tribe of Levi, an organization of youth pastors who work together to help support each other and one another’s ministry.  He is the son of Flora Stein Thomas George and Alvin Cooper of Shreveport, Louisiana.  He is married to Phillippa Williams and the proud father of three step-sons, Tobias Williams, Kristian Williams, and Isaac Williams and one daughter, Gabrielle LaShay George.
